Korean Vegetable Dish

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Stewed tomatoes 1 Quart
  Frozen spinach package 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
Directions

Brown garlic in oil.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Add spinach and rice.
Cover tightly, cook until rice is tender, adding more water or tomato juice if needed.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
