|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||3 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beef liver/Calf liver||1 Pound|
|Sweet red pepper||1 Large, cut into 12 pieces|
|Green pepper||1 Large, cut into 12 pieces|
1)In a small saucepan, mix together Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, mollases and catsup. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
2)Cut liver into strips like bacon.
3)Place each strip of liver over a strip of bacon.
4)Lace the meat and vegetables alternately on skewers.
5)Brush with the sauce and grill for 15 to 20 minutes over hot coals.
6)Liver and bacon has to be cooked to desired degree.
7)Serve with beer or wine.
