|Pickling spice||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Corned beef||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
Add ingredients to large pot; cover with water and let boil for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Let cool in broth; then refrigerate.
Slice beef thinly.
