Classic Hummus

Ingredients
  Canned chickpeas 15 1⁄2 Can (155 oz) (Drained)
  Tahini 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (Peeled)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine chickpeas, tahini, water, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cayenne in a food processor.
Puree until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve as desired.
