|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Natural yogurt||125 Milliliter (5 Cups)|
|Chopped mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Put the meat in a large bowl.
Mix all the remaining ingredients to- gether and pour over the meat.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Preheat the broiler to high.
Drain the meat and thread onto 4 skewers.
Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, basting frequently with the marinade and turning the skewers, until the meat is cooked.
