Ingredients
  Boneless lamb leg/Shoulder of lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (700 Gram)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Natural yogurt 125 Milliliter (5 Cups)
  Chopped mint 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the meat in a large bowl.
Mix all the remaining ingredients to- gether and pour over the meat.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Preheat the broiler to high.
Drain the meat and thread onto 4 skewers.
Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, basting frequently with the marinade and turning the skewers, until the meat is cooked.
