Serbian Kebabs

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Pork link sausages 2
  Egg 1
  Onions 2 Large
  Green pepper 1
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika pepper 4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Dry breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Dill pickles 2
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the ground beef and sausages (squeezed out of their skins) with the egg.
Peel and finely dice the onions.
Halve, seed and chop the pepper.
Mix the onions and pepper with the meat.
Add the garlic salt, salt, paprika, pepper and cayenne.
with floured hands, form the mixture into small sausage shapes and roll in the breadcrumbs.
Slice the pickles thickly.
Push the sausages alternately with the pickle slices on to skewers and brush with the oil.
Broil for 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with tomato sauce and baked potatoes topped with herb butter.
