LA Weight Loss- Hummus

The hummus is a popular middle eastern dish that serves as a tasty dip. You could even use it as your sandwich spread. A low calorie tasty dish while for your la weight loss. You would love the wonderful flavor and taste that the dish has and makes a wonderful accompaniment with tortillas.
Ingredients
  Chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Take the bowl of your blender and add in all the ingredients. Make a smooth paste (adding the water if required). Adjust the seasoning. Serve with freshly cut vegetables.
