|Shrimp cube||3 , crumbled (Maggie)|
|Raw rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm)|
|Red chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Spring onions||2 , chopped|
1)Cook rice in excess water.
2)Remove and drain water. Set it aside.
3)In a mixer, grind onion, garlic, crumbled Maggi Prawn Cubes and red chilli powder and form a paste.
4)Heat a frying pan with 3 tbsp oil, and sauté chicken pieces till they are done.
5)Put in the onion paste and sauté for another minute.
6)Pour in the soya sauce and add in the boiled rice.
7)Mix well. Add more salt if needed.
8)Heat a saucepan with the remaining oil.
9)Cook a thick omelet with three eggs.
10)Cut into strips.
11)Decorate the rice with omelet strips and spring onions and serve hot.
