Oriental Wings

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 60 Milliliter
  Safflower oil 60 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 160 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  Sherry 60 Milliliter
  Ground ginger 3 Milliliter
  Dry mustard 3 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 3 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter
  Chicken wings 1 Kilogram
Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the wings.
Wash and tip the wings.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Place wings on a broiling pan.
Brush with sauce and broil for 10 minutes brushing with sauce twice.
Turn wings over, brush with sauce.
Broil an additional 10 minutes brushing with sauce two more times.
Serve hot.
