Stir Fry Tofu and Oriental Rice Combo
|Extra firm tofu||12 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid protein concentrate||1 Tablespoon (Bragg'S Liquid Aminos)|
|Brown rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chicken seasoning||2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed vegetable||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tofu||1 Cup (16 tbs), stir fry (1 Recipe)|
EASY STIR FRY TOFU:
1. Cut the tofu in cubes. Use little bit of oil on the skillet. Stir fry the tofus for about 2-3 mins, until they are nicely browned. Add the brags, when they are done and stir a little to coat the tofus.
1. Stir fry the vegetables in the same pan.
2. Cook the rice ahead of time using salt and chciken seasoning and let it cool down for 1/2 an hour.
3. Add the stir fried tofus to the pan. Finally add the rice and stir fry with the vegetables and tofus.
