Ingredients
  Extra firm tofu 12 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Liquid protein concentrate 1 Tablespoon (Bragg'S Liquid Aminos)
  Brown rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chicken seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mixed vegetable 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs), stir fry (1 Recipe)
Directions

EASY STIR FRY TOFU:
1. Cut the tofu in cubes. Use little bit of oil on the skillet. Stir fry the tofus for about 2-3 mins, until they are nicely browned. Add the brags, when they are done and stir a little to coat the tofus.

ORIENTAL RICE:
1. Stir fry the vegetables in the same pan.

2. Cook the rice ahead of time using salt and chciken seasoning and let it cool down for 1/2 an hour.

3. Add the stir fried tofus to the pan. Finally add the rice and stir fry with the vegetables and tofus.
