Egg Foo Young
|Eggs||8 , slightly beaten|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Celery ribs||1 , finely chopped|
|Canned crabmeat||6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine eggs, onion, celery and crabmeat.
Add soy sauce and mix well.
Pour into oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
Cut into wedges and serve with extra soy sauce.
Serves 4 as a main course or 8 as a side dish.
