|Paprika pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|

|Onion strips||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Cut the meat into even bite-sized cubes.
Mix the salt and the meat tenderizer together and rub all over the meat cubes.
Leave for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and quarter onions.
Rub the paprika into the onions and sprinkle the black pepper on the mushrooms.
Thread the meat cubes, onions and mushrooms on to skewers.
Brush the kebabs with oil and place on the broiler rack.
Broil for 8 minutes, turning to cook them evenly.
Serve on a bed of turmeric-flavored rice and garnish with pepper and onion strips.
