|Green pepper||1 Large, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Canned pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Medium shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined (Fresh)|
|Bacon slices||4 , cut into thirds|
|Canned button mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
1)In a bowl, place green pepper pieces. Pour boiling water over them and let stand for 5 minutes prior to draining.
2)Take out pineapple chunks from juice.
3)In a small bowl, add sugar, mustard and pineapple juice and blend well.
4)String pineapple, shrimp, bacon, green pepper and mushrooms alternately on skewers.
5)Brush lightly with sauce.
6)Broil each side for 5 minutes, brushing with sauce intermittently.
7)Serve with beer or wine.
