Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Canned pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Medium shrimp 1 Pound, peeled and deveined (Fresh)
  Bacon slices 4 , cut into thirds
  Canned button mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, place green pepper pieces. Pour boiling water over them and let stand for 5 minutes prior to draining.
2)Take out pineapple chunks from juice.
3)In a small bowl, add sugar, mustard and pineapple juice and blend well.
4)String pineapple, shrimp, bacon, green pepper and mushrooms alternately on skewers.
5)Brush lightly with sauce.
6)Broil each side for 5 minutes, brushing with sauce intermittently.

SERVING
7)Serve with beer or wine.
