Jumbo Shrimp Kebabs
|Shelled jumbo shrimp||12 Ounce|
|Pimiento stuffed olives||8|
|Tomato ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Paprika pepper||2 Teaspoon|
Cut the cucumber into thick slices; peel and quarter the onion.
Place the shrimp alternately with onion quarters, olives, bay leaves and slices of cucumber on skewers.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp kebabs for 8-10 minutes over a moderate heat, turning them to cook on all sides.
Drain on paper towels.
Heat the ketchup with the same quantity of water, and the paprika, stirring well.
Serve as a sauce with the kebabs.
