Turkey Shami Kebabs
|Cilantro leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Coriander seeds||2 Tablespoon (Roasted)|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||1 , lightly beaten|
|Ground lean turkey meat||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Green chilies||2 Medium, finely chopped|
Mix all ingredients together. Knead them like dough. Let it rest about 20 minutes at room temperature.
Mold the mixture in to patties about 1/4" thick and 2" in diameter
Pre heat a hot griddle on stove top and cook 3-5 minutes each side with as little oil as needed.
