Asian Salmon

Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 680 Gram (4 Fillets, 170 Gram Each)
  Yogurt 125 Milliliter
  All purpose flour 10 Milliliter
  Curry powder 15 Milliliter
  Fine bread crumbs 30 Milliliter
  Water 30 Milliliter
Directions

Place the salmon in a small casserole dish.
In a small mixing bowl blend the yogurt, flour and curry powder.
Spread over the salmon.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour the water in along the sides.
Place in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and serve with a rice pilaf.
