Raw Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped finely
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce/Tamari sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Baby carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
  Scallions (green and white) 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Finely chop the ginger, carrots, baby carrots, celery and the scallions.

MAKING
2. In a food processor blend the cauliflower, and then in a large mixing bowl mix the cauliflower, carrots, celery, ginger, frozen peas and scallions.
3. Add the sesame oil and Soya sauce and mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve the fried rice along with some soy sauce if you like.
