Seafood Kabobs

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Large shrimp 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Sea scallops 1⁄2 Pound
  Lobster tails 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl, mix oil with lemon juice, garlic, salt, chili and soy sauces; let stand while you clean the shrimps and scallops.
2)Shell, devein and clean the shrimps.
3)Shuck the scallops and halve them.
4)Using a kitchen scissors, cut away the undershells of rock lobster tails.
5)Gently, insert your fingers between the shell and raw rock lobster tail meat. Carefully, separate the meat from the shell and remove them.
6)Using a knife, slice each lobster tail into 3 sections
7)Take the skewers and thread in the seafood alternating each other.
8)Line the skewers on a shallow dish.
9)Pour the marinade over the skewers and allow it stand for ½ hour to 3 hours

MAKING
10)Remove the skewers form the marinade.
11)On a grill, broil them for 5 minutes on each side.

SERVING
12)Remove from heat and place the skewers on a tray. Serve hot.
