Shish Kebab

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Salt To Taste
  Red cayenne pepper To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Wine/Wine vinegar /vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 Medium
  Tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Medium
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Take the boned leg of lamb and chop it into steaks os 11/4 inches to 11/2 inch thick by cutting lengthwise first and then cubing them further.
2.Also remove the gristle, though some fat can be left on pieces.

MAKING
3.In a bowl, arrange meat pieces.
4.Add salt to the meat and season with green pepper, red pepper and black pepper in moderation.
5.Put a rounded tablespoon of oregano on each leg of lamb.
6.Add chopped onions in the bowl and top with wine or vinegar or olive oil.
7.Stir the ingredients well and leave them overnight in the refrigerator.
8.Grill the pieces.

SERVING
9.Serve hot with dips.
