Frogs' Legs

Ingredients
  Frogs legs 24 Medium
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Shallots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Wash, clean and skin the frogs' legs.
2)In a tray containing seasoned flour, roll the frog legs.
3)Heat oil in skillet. Fry the frogs' legs till they turn golden brown.
4)In a different skillet, melt the butter. Put in mushrooms, shallot and parsley.
5)Stir and cook till they are just done. Add salt and pepper and season.

FINALIZING
6)On a hot serving platter, arrange the frogs' legs.
7)Cover the legs with the mushroom mixture and pour wine over it.

SERVING
8)Serve hot.
