Steamed Oriental Style Sea Bass

Ingredients
  Sea bass 1 Pound (5 pieces of fish)
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Ginger 1 Inch, grated
  Green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Canola oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (ponzu flavored soy sauce used)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the sea bass pieces.
2. Put some ginger, garlic and green onions over it.
3. Place the fish in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
4. In a pan, heat the oil to smoking point.
5. Plate the fish and sprinkle with green onion and cilantro generously.
6. Spoon the hot oil over the fish.
7. Drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice.

SERVING
8. Serve hot.
