1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, spring onions, coriander. Mint, onions and sesame seeds. Toss it well.
2. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, ginger, chili and honey. Whisk it well.
3. Pour the dressing on salad and toss it well.
