How to Make an Asian Chicken Salad

  Chicken breasts 2 Medium, cooked and shredded
  Spring onions 3 Small, chopped finely
  Coriander 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Mint 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Onions 2 Tablespoon, dried, fried
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Red chilli 1 Large, finely chopped
  Honey/Agave syrup 1 Tablespoon

1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, spring onions, coriander. Mint, onions and sesame seeds. Toss it well.
2. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, ginger, chili and honey. Whisk it well.
3. Pour the dressing on salad and toss it well.

4. Serve the salad with brown rice.
