1) In a food processor bowl, add the rinsed and drained chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic clove, pinch of salt and olive oil.
2) Process the ingredients adding some more olive oil or lemon juice as needed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3) Sprinkle the hummus with a pinch of paprika, drizzle some more olive oil and serve with fresh carrots or cucumbers, pita bread, tortilla chips.
