The Farm Brown Rice Roll With Citrus Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Red bell pepper wrap 1 (Origami)
  Short grain brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Prepared The Same As Perfect Sushi Rice)
  Hot pepper jelly 1 Teaspoon
  Sharp white cheddar cheese 3 Ounce
  Hazelnuts 2 Ounce, toasted, salted and rough chopped
  Bread and butter pickles 2 Ounce, roughly chopped
  Baby arugula 2 Ounce
  Green apple 2 Ounce, cut into 4 x 1/4 inch sticks
  Cherry tomato 2 Ounce, chopped
  Daikon sprouts 2 Ounce
For citrus soy sauce
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Lay Origami Red Bell Pepper Wrap shiny side down on bamboo rolling mat.
Lay in rice, spread pepper jelly across middle, then cheese, nuts, radish, tomatoes, arugula, apple, sprouts.
Roll and cut into 8 pieces.
Serve with Citrus Soy Sauce.
