Kebabs of Bacon Wrapped Cod
|Cod steaks||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Bacon strips||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Tomato and sour cream salad||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bread||1 (Old Fashioned)|
Bone fish steaks, cut into even sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut bacon strips in half and place each fish piece in half a strip and wrap.
Thread kebabs securely on metal skewers and place over medium coals.
Cook for 15-18 minutes, turning often, until bacon is crisp.
