Kebabs Of Bacon Wrapped Cod

Ingredients
  Cod steaks 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Bacon strips 1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)
  Lemon wedges 4
  Tomato and sour cream salad 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread 1 (Old Fashioned)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Bone fish steaks, cut into even sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut bacon strips in half and place each fish piece in half a strip and wrap.
Thread kebabs securely on metal skewers and place over medium coals.
Cook for 15-18 minutes, turning often, until bacon is crisp.
