Roast Beef Eye Fillet With Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Beef eye fillet 1 1⁄2 Kilogram (3 Pound)
  Sesame seeds 3 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan.
Add soy sauce, honey and red wine vinegar.
Add fillet and cook over a high heat to sear until brown on all sides.
2. Transfer fillet to an ovenproof dish and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes or until just cooked.
3. Add juices from dish to the frying pan. Add 1/4 cup water and heat over moderate heat until mixture boils.
4. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens, stir in sesame seeds and pour sauce over the sliced meat. Serve with fresh vegetables.
