Easy Oriental Chicken Salad
|Chicken||1 , cooked|
|Scallions||3 , minced|
|Bok choy ribs||4 , chopped|
|Hot pepper flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roasted|
|Cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Oriental dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Laura'S)|
Remove chicken meat from bones and cut into bite sized pieces.
Mix together all ingredients and serve.
Keeps for 2 or 3 days.
