Easy Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 , cooked
  Scallions 3 , minced
  Bok choy ribs 4 , chopped
  Hot pepper flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roasted
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Oriental dressing 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Laura'S)
Directions

Remove chicken meat from bones and cut into bite sized pieces.
Mix together all ingredients and serve.
Keeps for 2 or 3 days.
