Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram, shelled, cleaned and deveined
  Onions 2 , chopped, fried and well drained
  Green chilies 3 , seeded and chopped
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dhan sakh masala powder 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Sesame seed oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Shallow Frying)
Directions

Blanche and coarsely chop prawns.
Mix with remaining ingredients, taking care to add just enough egg to bind kababs.
Shape into kababs and shallow fry.
Serve with slices of lime.
