Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Shredded chicken 450 Gram
  Carrot 1 , cut into julienne
  Green pawpaw/Papaya 1⁄2 , peeled and cut into julienne
  Chopped mint 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 3 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), sliced
  Celeriac 1⁄2 , cut into julienne
  Unsalted peanuts 25 Gram, roughly chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Finely chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 150 Milliliter
  Nam pla/Reduced-salt light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Thai Fish Sauce)
  Runny honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

To make the dressing, combine the ingredients in a bowl.
In another large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients with enough of the dressing to coat and season well with black pepper to taste.
