Korean Bulgogi

Ingredients
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Finely grated fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup / 60 Milliliter)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Sweet chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Rump steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed of visible fat and thinly sliced (750 Gram)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Bean sprouts 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey and chilli sauce in a bowl and mix to combine. Add beef, toss to coat, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
2. Preheat barbecue to a high heat. Heat 1 tablespoon oil on barbecue plate (griddle), add beef and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until beef just changes colour. Push beef to side of barbecue to keep warm.
3. Heat remaining oil on barbecue plate (griddle), add onions and bean sprouts and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until onions are golden. Add beef to onion mixture and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes longer. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately
