Steak and Mushroom Kabobs
|Dry red wine/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic/1/8 teaspoon garlic powder / instant minced garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Leaf marjoram/Rosemary / basil / oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon (Msg)|
|Sirloin steak||2 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces (Or Family)|
|Large mushrooms/Canned mushroom caps||1 Pint (2 Cup, Fresh)|
In plastic bag or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except steak and mushrooms.
Add steak and mushrooms.
Turn or stir to coat with marinade.
Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or in refrigerator overnight.
Drain and set aside.
Thread meat and mushrooms on skewers.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, or grill over hot coals, turning occasionally, until of desired degree of doneness.
