Steak And Mushroom Kabobs

Ingredients
  Dry red wine/Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic/1/8 teaspoon garlic powder / instant minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Leaf marjoram/Rosemary / basil / oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon (Msg)
  Sirloin steak 2 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces (Or Family)
  Large mushrooms/Canned mushroom caps 1 Pint (2 Cup, Fresh)
Directions

In plastic bag or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except steak and mushrooms.
Add steak and mushrooms.
Turn or stir to coat with marinade.
Close tightly.
Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or in refrigerator overnight.
Drain and set aside.
Thread meat and mushrooms on skewers.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, or grill over hot coals, turning occasionally, until of desired degree of doneness.
