Oriental Stuffed Steak
|Beef t bone steaks||3 Pound, cut 3/4 inch thick|
|Long grain and wild rice mix||3 Ounce (1/2 Of A 6 Ounce Package)|
|Sliced green onion with tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled teriyaki sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket in largest muscle of each steak.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cool slightly; stir in egg and onion.
Stuff steaks with mixture, using about 1/3 cup for each.
In 12-inch skillet panbroil steaks till desired doneness, about 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare. (Electric skillet 325°.)
Brush often with teriyaki sauce.
