Oriental Stuffed Steak

Ingredients
  Beef t bone steaks 3 Pound, cut 3/4 inch thick
  Long grain and wild rice mix 3 Ounce (1/2 Of A 6 Ounce Package)
  Beaten egg 1
  Sliced green onion with tops 2 Tablespoon
  Bottled teriyaki sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket in largest muscle of each steak.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cool slightly; stir in egg and onion.
Stuff steaks with mixture, using about 1/3 cup for each.
In 12-inch skillet panbroil steaks till desired doneness, about 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare. (Electric skillet 325°.)
Brush often with teriyaki sauce.
