Ingredients
  Potatoes 225 Gram
  Carrots 225 Gram
  Onions 115 Gram
  Peas 225 Gram
  Green chilies 5 Gram
  Bengal gram flour 10 Gram
  Coriander leaves 10 Gram
  Fat 50 Gram (Absorptions)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Boil and mash vegetables.
2. Chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
3. Heat a little fat and saute onions and green chillies.
4. Add mashed vegetables, lime juice and salt to taste.
5. Make into balls, dip in gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown.
