Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
  Chicken/Drained 1 Kilogram, washed
  Rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Large
  Tomato 2
  Green chillies 5
  Curd 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Coconut 2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon (dhaniya powder)
  Haldi 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cardamoms 2 (for garam masala paste)
  Cloves 2 (for garam masala paste)
  Cinnamon stick 1 Large (for garam masala paste)
  Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander stalk 1⁄2 , ground to paste
  Coriander leaves 1⁄3 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Mint leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Methi leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
Directions

Heat oil and ghee and when it is hot add onion and fry till golden brown.
Add green chillies,methi leaves,mint and coriander and fry for 5mins.
Add the garam masala paste,ginger garlic paste,coriander paste,redchillipd,dhainya pd,haldi and fry for 4mins.
Then add chicken pieces along with salt and mix well.
Add curd(2tsp),Lemon juice(2tsp),Tomato pieces(2),Coconut paste and fry well.
Now add washed and drained rice and fry for a sec.
Then add 6cups of hot water and mix it well and close the cooker and switch it of when 1 whistle comes
