Korean Barbecue Steak Strips

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry/Gin 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste, ground
Directions

Marinate the steak slices, which have been cut across the grain, for about 1/2 hour.
Cook on a hot stone at the table or in an electric frying pan.
Be sure the pan is hot.
Turn only once.
Serve as a part of a Japanese or Chinese dinner.
