|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pears||2 , peeled and sliced|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled|
|Dates||4 , pitted|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into an ice cream tray and freeze.
Return the frozen fruit to the blender and blend carefully until it reaches the texture of sorbet.
