Broccoli Oriental

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Pound
  Unseasoned rice vinegar/1/4 cup each cider vinegar and water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare broccoli; cut off stalks and reserve for another use.
Steam flowerets just until tender when pierced (5 to 8 minutes).
Turn into a bowl.
Stir together vinegar, sugar, and soy; pour over warm broccoli and mix well.
Drain immediately and serve.
