|Scallops||1 Pound, halved (About 22 To 25)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
On each of 4 skewers alternate green pepper chunk, scallop half and onion wedge, with a cherry tomato in the center of skewer.
In small bowl combine soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder.
Place skewers on roasting rack; brush with half of sauce.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 12 to 15 minutes, or until scallops are opaque and pepper is tender; rearrange and brush with sauce after half the time.
