Citrus Teriyaki Shrimp Kebabs
|Shrimp||12 Large, peeled and deveined|
|Pineapple chunks||12 (About 1 1/4 Cup, Fresh / Canned, 1 Inch Chunks)|
|Bottled teriyaki baste and glaze sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple juice/Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
Preheat the broiler.
Thread 1 shrimp and 1 pineapple chunk on each of 12 small skewers or wooden picks.
Arrange the skewers on a rack set in the broiler pan.
In a cup, combine the teriyaki sauce and juice.
Generously brush the kebabs with the sauce mixture.
Broil the kebabs, turning once, for 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque.
Place the kebabs on a plate and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
