Avocado Ice Or Sherbet
|Pureed avocado||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Egg white||1 , beaten stiff|
1. Mix the pureed avocado, salt and lemon juice.
2. Fold in the egg white and pour into the tray of an automatic refrigerator. Freeze to a mush.
3. Stir without removing from the tray. Then continue to freeze until firm, 1 to 2 1/2 hours longer.
