Avocado Ice Or Sherbet

Ingredients
  Pureed avocado 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg white 1 , beaten stiff
Directions

1. Mix the pureed avocado, salt and lemon juice.
2. Fold in the egg white and pour into the tray of an automatic refrigerator. Freeze to a mush.
3. Stir without removing from the tray. Then continue to freeze until firm, 1 to 2 1/2 hours longer.
