Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
  Frozen green peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped fresh mushrooms/1/2 cup canned (drained) chopped mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mung bean sprouts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients, combining well.
Heat oil in skillet to a medium-high temperature.
Ladle 2 tablespoons of the mixture into skillet for each pancake.
When pancakes are set, and brown underneath, turn them over and brown the other side.
Serve immediately.
