|Green onions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Frozen green peas||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh mushrooms/1/2 cup canned (drained) chopped mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mung bean sprouts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tamari soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Add remaining ingredients, combining well.
Heat oil in skillet to a medium-high temperature.
Ladle 2 tablespoons of the mixture into skillet for each pancake.
When pancakes are set, and brown underneath, turn them over and brown the other side.
