Ingredients
  Grated fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Red chilli 1 Small, finely chopped (fresh)
  Polyunsaturated vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sweet sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced salt soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place ginger, sesame seeds, chilli, vegetable oil, sherry, soy sauce and sesame oil in a screwtop jar and shake to combine.
