Spicy Stir Fried Sprouts

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 18 Ounce, trimmed and halved (500 g)
  Sunflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli 1 , sliced in rings
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Fresh ginger root 1 Large
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook the sprouts in boiling salted water for 3 mins, then drain.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, then stir-fry the chilli, garlic and ginger for 1 min. Add the sprouts, cook for 2 mins, then drizzle with the soy sauce. Give everything a final toss before serving.
