Chicken Pineapple Kebabs
|Chicken breast fillets||4 , cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
|Pineapple||7 Ounce, cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
|Pumpkin||7 Ounce, cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil, add the pumpkin and cook for 3 minutes, then drain.
2. Thread the chicken cubes, one pineapple cube and one pumpkin cube onto each skewer.
3. Brush chicken with the combined garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey and grill under moderate heat or on a barbecue plate for about 3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
