Vietnamese Bean Dipping Sauce

Ramona Werst shares her recipe for Vietnamese Bean Dipping Sauce and shows how she makes it.
  Fermented soybeans 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
For garnish
  Chili paste 1 Teaspoon
  Roasted peanuts 1 Teaspoon, crushed

1. In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend.
2. Transfer the mixture into a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutes or until back of spoon get coated with sauce.

3. Garnish the sauce with red chilli paste and roasted peanuts and serve with your favorite spring rolls.
