Fish Kebabs With Banana Sauce
|White fish fillets||750 Gram, cut into 2 inch cubes|
|Peanut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|For banana sauce|
|Polyunsaturated margarine||20 Gram|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated skim milk||190 Milliliter (3/4 cup)|
|Low fat yogurt||185 Gram, unflavored (3/4 cup)|
|Bananas||4 Medium, sliced|
|Chopped nuts||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
1.Thread fish onto twelve oiled wooden skewers.
Brush with oil and grill or barbecue for 3-4 minutes each side.
2.To make sauce, melt margarine in a trypan.
Remove pan from heat.
3.Dissolve brown sugar in evaporated milk.
Stir evaporated milk mixture and yoghurt into melted margarine.
Add bananas and nuts and cook gently over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
4.Arrange kebabs on a serving plate, spoon over sauce and serve immediately.
