Fish Kebabs With Banana Sauce

Ingredients
  White fish fillets 750 Gram, cut into 2 inch cubes
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
For banana sauce
  Polyunsaturated margarine 20 Gram
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Evaporated skim milk 190 Milliliter (3/4 cup)
  Low fat yogurt 185 Gram, unflavored (3/4 cup)
  Bananas 4 Medium, sliced
  Chopped nuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

1.Thread fish onto twelve oiled wooden skewers.
Brush with oil and grill or barbecue for 3-4 minutes each side.
2.To make sauce, melt margarine in a trypan.
Remove pan from heat.
3.Dissolve brown sugar in evaporated milk.
Stir evaporated milk mixture and yoghurt into melted margarine.
Add bananas and nuts and cook gently over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
4.Arrange kebabs on a serving plate, spoon over sauce and serve immediately.
