Hot Pastrami and Cheese Sandwiches
|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Italian bread slice||8 , buttered|
|French mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Gruyere cheese slice||4|
1. Melt butter in a frying pan and cook onions for 4-5 minutes or until soft.
2. Spread unbuttered side of four slices of bread with mustard, top with pastrami, onions and cheese. Place remaining bread slices on top with buttered sides out.
3. Cook sandwiches in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden.
