Turkish Zucchini Dolmas

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Precooked rice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh mint leaves/1/4 teaspoon dried mint 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh dill/1/4 teaspoon dried dill 1 Teaspoon
  Squash zucchini 8 Medium
  Seasoned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
Cut both ends from zucchini; with apple corer, scoop out centers.
(Chop centers and reserve.) Fill zucchini loosely with meat mixture.
Heat tomato sauce in skillet; add zucchini, the chopped centers, and any leftover meat mixture rolled into balls.
Cover, simmer 30 minutes or till squash are tender.
With Dolmas, you might serve rice pilau; figs, grapes, peaches; coffee, flaky pastry.
