Plaice In Soy Sauce
|Plaice/Dab||8 Ounce (250 Grams)|
|For seasoning sauce|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
Wash and clean the fish, leave on the head and tail.
Wash and cut the leek into 3-cm (1 -in) pieces.
Put the seasoning sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add the fish and leek, cover and simmer for 20 minutes over a very low heat.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
