Chicken Livers And Rice Oriental Style

Ingredients
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Condensed beef bouillon 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chicken livers 1 Pound, chopped
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan combine first 3 ingredients.
Bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
In skillet, brown chicken livers, onion, and pepper in butter.
Stir in soy sauce and ginger.
Spoon rice onto serving dish.
Put chicken livers in center.
